Fund Finance Association, a non-profit industry association, acknowledges that diversity and inclusion are important issues to be addressed by all organizations. The organization envisions a fund finance community that recognizes the diverse perspectives within the industry, includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, and respects the perspectives of individuals across organizations and Fund finance as a whole.
Fund Finance’s Diversity initiative focuses on education, action, and opportunity. The Fund Finance Association seeks to educate students about the organization and provide opportunities for students to build connections with industry professionals. They believe that it is beneficial to start building relationships with students early in their careers to create more opportunities to recruit and retain talent to address the lack of diversity within the fund finance industry.
The Fund Finance Association also aims to provide new and existing members of the fund finance industry with opportunities to build connections, secure positions, and gain support to advance in their careers. In addition, the FFA seeks professionals of the fund finance industry that are willing to take steps to effect positive changes for diversity and inclusion within the fund finance industry.
